Seeker Membership ($45/month; $499/year)
For those who are curious about developing a mindfulness practice that supports their life and leadership. This package includes weekly live or on-demand classes, a host of on-demand resources and access to our private Facebook group, as well as special offers on other live events!
Seekers receive:

- Weekly restorative yoga/meditation classes (live or on-demand)

Explorer Membership ($90/month; $999/year)
For leaders who want to explore and develop a deeper self-care practice that supports their efforts to make change at work and home. The package includes weekly classes, occasional longer restorative sessions and an on-demand library of resources. You also get access to a supportive community of like-minded leaders who help you feel less alone in your journey. Excellent use of your continuing education or staff development funds!

For the mindful change agent ready to commit to a self-care routine, who wants to support and enhance self-care practices and utilize them with team or program offerings. It includes both private, personalized coaching with Nicole and access to a supportive community of like-minded leaders who help you feel less alone in your journey. This package gives you fantastic resources for an entire year of continuing education and/or staff development.
